We appreciate your support for Ekby17thlane and we want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. As all products are made to order to your own size or custom measurements , we are unable to issue a refund if you change your mind.

We accept free alterations for all domestic orders if the fit is not as desired, please email ekby17thlane@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery and a return address or pick up option will be provided to you.
Custom orders
For custom order requests, please email ekby17thlane@gmail.com with the subject ‘CUSTOM ORDER REQUEST’. This means if you require a different fabric type, color or print that what is readily available on the website, or if you would like an item in a different version from what is available on the website.
